  • How many people do we need to work with manual or self-propelled machines for screwing piles? What skills do you need?

  • And if I already have a hydraulic power pack, can I buy only a hydraulic drive head?

  • Is it possible to change something in the equipment, for example to use another engine?
    We accept individual applications and can consider installing another engine, such as a Honda.  Please note that the engines we install in our equipment are of high quality and reliability.
  • How to choose my Iron Mechanics equipment for installation of screw piles?
    It depends on the size and number of piles you plan to screw.   • What screw piles can be installed by Iron Mechanics machines and to what depth?
    Our machines screw a variety of screw piles and ground screws with diameters from 50 mm to 250 mm. Based on the experience of our customers, the maximum depth of screwing piles of 114 mm in diameter by composite method (welded) on marshy soils was 15 m.
  • Where to get the right adapter for the screw pile?
    You can buy adapters in our company. We are ready to produce the necessary adapter for you according to your individual request, if this type of adapter is not shown on our web site
  • Which torque would suit for my screw piles?
    It is necessary to select the torque of the equipment given the diameter of the pile, the depth of installation and the complexity of the soil. For example, on heavy clay soils, when you work with a screw pile diameter of about 100 mm, we recommend the use of equipment with torque 7000-8700 Nm Manual ground screw driver 7000 or Manual ground screw driver 8700.
  • What is the difference between a hydraulic and an electric ground screw drivers?
    The main difference between the machines is that the hydraulic machine for screwing piles is powered by a gasoline engine, and the electric machine for screwing piles operates  from an electrical network with a voltage of 220 V or it`s powered by gasoline generator.
  • Do you have the equipment in your warehouse, or do you work to order?

  • Can I buy equipment in leasing?
    We do not provide leasing services. But you can contact your leasing company and we will be ready to sign a leasing agreement with a third party as the Supplier.
  • Can I buy equipment as an individual, or do you work only with legal entities?
    We work only with legal entities at this moment.
  • Do you work at 100% payment?
    Yes, we work 100% prepaid.
Delivery

  • Is it possible to make self-delivery (EXW)?
    Yes, you can pick up the equipment from our warehouse in Serbia, Nis.
  • What is the mode of delivery?
    At your discretion. We work with sea transport, auto and air transport, river transport and rail transport.
  • Will you help to arrange the delivery?
    Yes, of course we will! We have contacts with reliable carriers who are ready to deliver your equipment to the address you specified in the shortest possible time.
  • To which countries can your equipment be delivered?
    To any countries with which there is a transport connection, except Russia and Iran.
  • Who pays for the delivery?
    Delivery is not included in the price of products, so delivery is paid by the buyer himself. We can arrange delivery to your address, in this case the shipping cost will be included in the cost of the shipped products.
